Application de chat en direct sur mobile

Répondez aux messages des visiteurs depuis votre téléphone. Choisissez votre plateforme ci-dessous : installez l'application Android Live Chat, ou sur iPhone/iPad ajoutez Afflixo à votre écran d'accueil et activez les alertes push.

Android

Opens the APK download in your phone browser

  1. Scan the QR code or tap Download APK.
  2. When the download finishes, open it from the notification or Downloads app.
  3. If prompted, allow installation from this browser (Install unknown apps).
  4. Confirm install. Requires Android 7.0 (API 24) or newer.

Après l'installation (Android)

  1. Ouvrez l'application afflixo et connectez-vous avec votre email marchand ou support.
  2. Utilisez un mot de passe ou un code à usage unique par email, comme pour le tableau de bord web.
  3. Saisissez l'URL de votre boutique si demandé (par exemple votre boutique sur afflixo.com).
  4. Autorisez les notifications lorsque demandé pour recevoir les alertes de nouveaux messages.

iPhone / iPad

Il n'y a pas d'application sur l'App Store. Ajoutez le site à votre écran d'accueil, puis ouvrez Live Chat depuis cette icône pour activer les notifications push en arrière-plan (iOS 16.4+).

Apple ne distribue pas de version distincte sur l'App Store pour le chat en direct des marchands. Sur iPhone et iPad, ajoutez afflixo.com à votre écran d'accueil, ouvrez-le depuis l'icône, puis activez les notifications push dans Live Chat. Les notifications push web sur iOS nécessitent iOS 16.4 ou ultérieur et ne fonctionnent que lorsqu'elles sont lancées depuis l'application sur l'écran d'accueil (pas un onglet Safari normal).

  1. Sign in to your merchant store on afflixo.com (merchant login or your store URL, e.g. /domain/your-store). Open Live Chat after sign-in.

  2. Safari (recommended)

    Tap the Share button (square with an upward arrow) to the right of the address bar, scroll the share sheet, and choose Add to Home Screen. Confirm the name, then tap Add.

  3. Chrome on iOS (optional)

    Tap the ⋯ menu at the bottom right, scroll the list, and select Add to Home Screen. (The menu is long; the option is below items such as Reload and Bookmarks.)

  4. Open afflixo from the new icon on your home screen (not from Safari or Chrome). Sign in and go to Live Chat.

  5. Tap Alerts (top right), check Push notifications for visitor messages, and allow notifications when iOS asks. In-page sounds and toasts still work while the app is open; push alerts work in the background when the home-screen app is installed.

  • If push stays disabled, confirm you opened the site from the home-screen icon, not a browser tab.
  • If you denied notifications earlier, open iOS Settings → Notifications, find afflixo, and allow alerts.
  • Email alerts in Chat settings still work on iOS without adding to the home screen.

Confidentialité

L'application Android et l'expérience sur l'écran d'accueil iOS utilisent les mêmes API de chat en direct que le tableau de bord web. Les sessions de connexion et l'enregistrement push sont stockés sur votre appareil. Aucune ne remplace le panneau d'administration complet du marchand sur le web.
