मोबाइल पर लाइव चैट ऐप

Scan to download

Opens the APK download in your phone browser

  1. Scan the QR code or tap Download APK.
  2. When the download finishes, open it from the notification or Downloads app.
  3. If prompted, allow installation from this browser (Install unknown apps).
  4. Confirm install. Requires Android 7.0 (API 24) or newer.

iPhone / iPad

कोई ऐप स्टोर ऐप नहीं है। साइट को अपनी होम स्क्रीन पर जोड़ें, फिर बैकग्राउंड पुश नोटिफिकेशन सक्षम करने के लिए उस आइकन से लाइव चैट खोलें (iOS 16.4+)।

Apple विक्रेता लाइव चैट के लिए अलग से App Store बिल्ड वितरित नहीं करता है। iPhone और iPad पर, afflixo.com को अपनी होम स्क्रीन पर जोड़ें, इसे आइकन से खोलें, फिर लाइव चैट में पुश चालू करें। iOS पर वेब पुश के लिए iOS 16.4 या उसके बाद के संस्करण की आवश्यकता होती है और यह केवल होम-स्क्रीन ऐप (नियमित Safari टैब से नहीं) से लॉन्च होने पर काम करता है।

  1. Sign in to your merchant store on afflixo.com (merchant login or your store URL, e.g. /domain/your-store). Open Live Chat after sign-in.

  2. Safari (recommended)

    Tap the Share button (square with an upward arrow) to the right of the address bar, scroll the share sheet, and choose Add to Home Screen. Confirm the name, then tap Add.

  3. Chrome on iOS (optional)

    Tap the ⋯ menu at the bottom right, scroll the list, and select Add to Home Screen. (The menu is long; the option is below items such as Reload and Bookmarks.)

  4. Open afflixo from the new icon on your home screen (not from Safari or Chrome). Sign in and go to Live Chat.

  5. Tap Alerts (top right), check Push notifications for visitor messages, and allow notifications when iOS asks. In-page sounds and toasts still work while the app is open; push alerts work in the background when the home-screen app is installed.

  • If push stays disabled, confirm you opened the site from the home-screen icon, not a browser tab.
  • If you denied notifications earlier, open iOS Settings → Notifications, find afflixo, and allow alerts.
  • Email alerts in Chat settings still work on iOS without adding to the home screen.

गोपनीयता

एंड्रॉइड ऐप और iOS होम-स्क्रीन अनुभव वेब डैशबोर्ड के समान लाइव-चैट API का उपयोग करते हैं। लॉगिन सत्र और पुश रजिस्ट्रेशन आपके डिवाइस पर संग्रहीत होते हैं। ये दोनों वेब पर पूर्ण मर्चेंट एडमिन पैनल का स्थान नहीं लेते।
