We are a multi-merchant affiliate tracking SaaS. Each merchant signs up, gets a unique URL slug (e.g. https://afflixo.com/domain/your-merchant), and runs an independent affiliate program with isolated data, custom branding, and their own affiliate recruitment page.

Use the built-in WYSIWYG editor to design a custom affiliate recruitment page with your branding, hero section, and CTA.
Affiliates join
Affiliates visit your promotion page, click "Join Now", and register. They are automatically linked to your merchant program.
Track & earn
Affiliates share referral links. Clicks and conversions are tracked per-tenant. Commissions are calculated and payouts managed in the dashboard.

Each merchant is an isolated tenant with its own affiliates, clicks, conversions, and payouts. No cross-tenant data leakage.
Promotion page builder
Merchants design their own affiliate recruitment page using a WYSIWYG editor. Add text, images, headings, buttons, FAQ, and custom colors.
Click & conversion tracking
Referral links include merchant context. Clicks are recorded with IP, user agent, and referrer. Conversions are validated and deduplicated per tenant.
Flexible commissions
Support for percentage and fixed-amount commissions. Per-affiliate overrides take priority over merchant defaults.
Affiliate management
Approve or reject affiliates, set individual commission rates, view performance, suspend accounts, and manage payouts — all per merchant.
Security & isolation
All queries filtered by tenantId. Unique indexes on slugs, affiliate codes, and order IDs. Rate limiting and webhook signature validation.
From click to commission
How a referral turns into tracked commission.
Visitor clicks referral link
User visits /domain/{slug}/r/{code}. System extracts the merchant, validates the affiliate, and stores a tracking cookie.
Conversion reported
Merchant backend calls the conversion API with order ID, amount, and currency. System validates, prevents duplicates, and calculates commission.
Payout
Affiliate requests withdrawal. Merchant approves in their dashboard and pays offline. Commission is marked as paid to prevent double payouts.

Common questions
How does multi-merchant work?
Each merchant signs up and picks a unique slug. They get an independent affiliate program with isolated data — their own affiliates, clicks, conversions, and payouts. No data crosses between merchants.
How do affiliates join a merchant's program?
Affiliates visit the merchant's promotion page (https://afflixo.com/domain/{merchantSlug}), click "Join Now", and register. They are automatically linked to that merchant. In the MVP, each affiliate belongs to one merchant.
What commission types are supported?
Percentage and fixed amount. Merchants set a default, and can override it per affiliate. Commission priority: affiliate custom rate → merchant default rate.
How are payouts handled?
This is a manual payout system. Affiliates request withdrawal, merchants approve in their dashboard, and pay offline (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.). The system tracks payout status to prevent double payments.
