Live Chat App auf dem Handy

Antworten Sie auf Besucher-Nachrichten direkt von Ihrem Telefon aus. Wählen Sie unten Ihre Plattform: Installieren Sie die Android Live Chat App, oder fügen Sie auf dem iPhone/iPad Afflixo zu Ihrem Startbildschirm hinzu und aktivieren Sie Push-Benachrichtigungen.

Android

Laden Sie die afflixo-App (APK) herunter. Nicht im Google Play Store – installieren Sie sie direkt von dieser Seite oder scannen Sie den QR-Code.

Opens the APK download in your phone browser

  1. Scan the QR code or tap Download APK.
  2. When the download finishes, open it from the notification or Downloads app.
  3. If prompted, allow installation from this browser (Install unknown apps).
  4. Confirm install. Requires Android 7.0 (API 24) or newer.

Nach der Installation (Android)

  1. Öffnen Sie die afflixo-App und melden Sie sich mit Ihrer Händler- oder Support-E-Mail-Adresse an.
  2. Verwenden Sie Ihr Passwort oder einen einmaligen E-Mail-Code, wie im Web-Dashboard.
  3. Geben Sie Ihre Händler-URL ein, wenn Sie dazu aufgefordert werden (z. B. Ihren Shop auf afflixo.com).
  4. Erlauben Sie Benachrichtigungen, wenn Sie dazu aufgefordert werden, um neue Nachrichtenbenachrichtigungen zu erhalten.

iPhone / iPad

Es gibt keine App Store App. Füge die Website zu deinem Startbildschirm hinzu und öffne dann den Live-Chat über dieses Symbol, um Hintergrund-Push-Benachrichtigungen zu aktivieren (iOS 16.4+).

Apple vertreibt keinen separaten App Store-Build für den Live-Chat von Händlern. Fügen Sie auf iPhone und iPad afflixo.com zu Ihrem Startbildschirm hinzu, öffnen Sie es über das Symbol und aktivieren Sie dann Push-Benachrichtigungen im Live-Chat. Web-Push auf iOS erfordert iOS 16.4 oder neuer und funktioniert nur, wenn die App über den Startbildschirm gestartet wird (nicht über einen normalen Safari-Tab).

  1. Sign in to your merchant store on afflixo.com (merchant login or your store URL, e.g. /domain/your-store). Open Live Chat after sign-in.

  2. Safari (recommended)

    Tap the Share button (square with an upward arrow) to the right of the address bar, scroll the share sheet, and choose Add to Home Screen. Confirm the name, then tap Add.

  3. Chrome on iOS (optional)

    Tap the ⋯ menu at the bottom right, scroll the list, and select Add to Home Screen. (The menu is long; the option is below items such as Reload and Bookmarks.)

  4. Open afflixo from the new icon on your home screen (not from Safari or Chrome). Sign in and go to Live Chat.

  5. Tap Alerts (top right), check Push notifications for visitor messages, and allow notifications when iOS asks. In-page sounds and toasts still work while the app is open; push alerts work in the background when the home-screen app is installed.

  • If push stays disabled, confirm you opened the site from the home-screen icon, not a browser tab.
  • If you denied notifications earlier, open iOS Settings → Notifications, find afflixo, and allow alerts.
  • Email alerts in Chat settings still work on iOS without adding to the home screen.

Datenschutz

Die Android-App und die iOS-Startbildschirm-Erfahrung verwenden dieselben Live-Chat-APIs wie das Web-Dashboard. Anmeldesitzungen und Push-Registrierungen werden auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert. Beide ersetzen nicht das vollständige Händler-Admin-Panel im Web.
