Opens the APK download in your phone browser

  1. Scan the QR code or tap Download APK.
  2. When the download finishes, open it from the notification or Downloads app.
  3. If prompted, allow installation from this browser (Install unknown apps).
  4. Confirm install. Requires Android 7.0 (API 24) or newer.

  1. afflixo 앱을 열고 판매자 또는 지원 이메일로 로그인하세요.
  2. 비밀번호 또는 이메일 일회용 코드를 사용하세요. 웹 대시보드와 동일합니다.
  3. 메시지가 표시되면 판매자 URL을 입력하세요(예: afflixo.com의 스토어).
  4. 새 메시지 알림을 받으려면 메시지가 표시될 때 알림을 허용하세요.

iPhone / iPad

App Store 앱이 없습니다. 사이트를 홈 화면에 추가한 다음 해당 아이콘에서 라이브 채팅을 열어 백그라운드 푸시 알림을 활성화하세요(iOS 16.4+).

Apple은 판매자 라이브 채팅을 위한 별도의 App Store 빌드를 배포하지 않습니다. iPhone 및 iPad에서 afflixo.com을 홈 화면에 추가하고 아이콘에서 연 다음 라이브 채팅에서 푸시를 켜세요. iOS의 웹 푸시는 iOS 16.4 이상이 필요하며 홈 화면 앱에서 실행될 때만 작동합니다(일반 Safari 탭에서는 작동하지 않음).

  1. Sign in to your merchant store on afflixo.com (merchant login or your store URL, e.g. /domain/your-store). Open Live Chat after sign-in.

  2. Safari (recommended)

    Tap the Share button (square with an upward arrow) to the right of the address bar, scroll the share sheet, and choose Add to Home Screen. Confirm the name, then tap Add.

  3. Chrome on iOS (optional)

    Tap the ⋯ menu at the bottom right, scroll the list, and select Add to Home Screen. (The menu is long; the option is below items such as Reload and Bookmarks.)

  4. Open afflixo from the new icon on your home screen (not from Safari or Chrome). Sign in and go to Live Chat.

  5. Tap Alerts (top right), check Push notifications for visitor messages, and allow notifications when iOS asks. In-page sounds and toasts still work while the app is open; push alerts work in the background when the home-screen app is installed.

  • If push stays disabled, confirm you opened the site from the home-screen icon, not a browser tab.
  • If you denied notifications earlier, open iOS Settings → Notifications, find afflixo, and allow alerts.
  • Email alerts in Chat settings still work on iOS without adding to the home screen.

개인정보 보호

Android 앱과 iOS 홈 화면 환경은 웹 대시보드와 동일한 라이브 채팅 API를 사용합니다. 로그인 세션과 푸시 등록은 기기에 저장됩니다. 둘 다 웹의 전체 판매자 관리자 패널을 대체하지 않습니다.
