For merchants
How do I get started as a merchant?
세 단계로 진행됩니다. 첫째, 판매자 신청에서 도메인, 연락 이메일, 비밀번호를 입력해 신청하세요. 둘째, 플랫폼 관리자가 승인하면 판매자 로그인에서 해당 이메일과 비밀번호로 로그인하세요. 셋째, 대시보드에서 판매자 슬러그를 확인하세요. 이 슬러그가 추적 엔드포인트에서 여러분을 식별하는 값이며, 별도의 API 키는 없습니다. 추천으로 주문이 완료되면 백엔드에서 주문 ID, 금액, 제휴 코드와 함께 전환 API를 호출합니다. 사용자 가이드와 API 참조 문서에 정확한 요청 방식이 나와 있습니다.
What do I need to integrate?
한 번의 호출로 끝납니다. 추천으로 주문이 완료되면, 백엔드에서 `orderId`, `amount`, `currency`와 함께 POST /api/{merchantSlug}/track/conversion을 전송합니다. 제휴사는 방문자가 /domain/{merchantSlug}/r/{code}에서 추천 링크를 클릭할 때 설정되는 `affiliate_ref` 쿠키로 식별됩니다. 대시보드의 나머지 항목은 모두 선택 사항입니다.
How do I add affiliates to my program?
두 가지 방법이 있어요. 대시보드에서 Affiliates를 열고 이메일로 사람을 추가하면 됩니다. 아직 계정이 없다면 새로 만들어서 비밀번호 설정 초대 이메일을 보낼 수 있어요. 아니면 상대방이 직접 찾아오게 할 수도 있는데, 제휴사가 자신의 포털에 내 사이트 슬러그를 입력하면 그 요청이 Affiliate applications에 표시되고 승인해 주면 됩니다.
Do I have to use your front-end script?
No. You can set the affiliate code in a cookie or session yourself, for example from the URL parameter on your server. Our script is optional; it reads the parameter, sets a cookie, and can report clicks.
What if I send the same order twice?
Nothing is double-counted. Conversions are deduplicated on your orderId within your program, so sending the same orderId again returns the original conversion and its commission rather than creating a second one. That makes retries safe without any extra header. Use an orderId that is unique in your own system.
Which currencies are supported?
USD only. Commission amounts and settlement records are all in USD.
For affiliates
How do I get my referral links?
Sign in to the Affiliate portal and open My links, or the Dashboard. Each site you are approved for is listed with its referral link, in the form yoursite.com?ref=YOUR_CODE. Share that link; when someone buys, you earn commission under that site's rules.
How do I get paid?
Request a withdrawal in the portal for commissions that are still pending. The site admin approves it in their dashboard. Afflixo only records that a commission is settled; the site pays you outside the platform, by bank transfer, PayPal, or whatever they already use.
How do I get approved for a merchant?
Either ask the merchant to add you by email, which they do from their dashboard, or open Apply to a site in your own dashboard and enter the merchant site slug. If you are not registered yet, a merchant who invites you triggers an email so you can set a password. The merchant sees your application and approves or rejects it.
Can I use the same email as both a merchant and an affiliate?
Yes. One email can own a merchant site and also be an affiliate on other sites. Use Merchant login for your own dashboard and Affiliate login for the affiliate portal. You can apply to become a merchant while already an affiliate, and be invited as an affiliate while already a merchant.
For site admins (merchants)
How do I add or invite an affiliate?
Open Affiliates in the dashboard and enter their email. An existing account is linked to your site straight away. If there is no account, we create one and can email an invite so they set a password and log in. Applications from affiliates who found you themselves appear under the Affiliate applications tab.
How do I set commission rules?
In Commission config, set the type (fixed or percentage), the value, and the scope: first order only, first N orders, or a time window. You can override any of it for an individual affiliate under Affiliates.
What does "approve settlement" do?
It marks the selected commissions as settled so they cannot be paid again. You then pay the affiliate outside the platform, using your own process. Afflixo does not move money.
