By accessing or using the Afflixo platform ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides an affiliate and referral platform: merchant API for reporting conversions and optional clicks; affiliate portal for referral links, earnings, and withdrawal requests; and site admin dashboard for configuration, affiliate management, and settlement approval. Commission amounts and settlements are tracked in the Service; actual payouts are the responsibility of the site or merchant.
3. Your obligations

4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activity, to send spam, or to violate third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the Service or others.
5. Data and privacy
Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You must ensure that any data you send to the Service (e.g. in conversion or click requests) is collected and shared in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if no fees, one hundred United States dollars).
8. Changes
We may modify these terms or the Service. We will post updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
