Aplicación de chat en vivo en el móvil

Responde a los mensajes de los visitantes desde tu teléfono. Elige tu plataforma a continuación: instala la aplicación de chat en vivo de Android, o en iPhone/iPad añade Afflixo a tu pantalla de inicio y activa las alertas push.

Android

Descarga la aplicación afflixo (APK). No está en Google Play — instálala directamente desde esta página o escanea el código QR.

Opens the APK download in your phone browser

  1. Scan the QR code or tap Download APK.
  2. When the download finishes, open it from the notification or Downloads app.
  3. If prompted, allow installation from this browser (Install unknown apps).
  4. Confirm install. Requires Android 7.0 (API 24) or newer.

Después de la instalación (Android)

  1. Abre la aplicación afflixo e inicia sesión con tu correo electrónico de comerciante o de soporte.
  2. Usa la contraseña o el código único por correo electrónico, igual que en el panel web.
  3. Ingresa la URL de tu comercio si se te solicita (por ejemplo, tu tienda en afflixo.com).
  4. Permite las notificaciones cuando se te solicite para recibir alertas de nuevos mensajes.

iPhone / iPad

No hay una aplicación en la App Store. Añade el sitio a tu pantalla de inicio, luego abre el chat en vivo desde ese ícono para activar las notificaciones push en segundo plano (iOS 16.4+).

Apple no distribuye una compilación separada en la App Store para el chat en vivo de comerciantes. En iPhone y iPad, añade afflixo.com a tu pantalla de inicio, ábrelo desde el ícono y luego activa las notificaciones push en el chat en vivo. Las notificaciones push web en iOS requieren iOS 16.4 o posterior y solo funcionan cuando se inician desde la aplicación de la pantalla de inicio (no desde una pestaña normal de Safari).

  1. Sign in to your merchant store on afflixo.com (merchant login or your store URL, e.g. /domain/your-store). Open Live Chat after sign-in.

  2. Safari (recommended)

    Tap the Share button (square with an upward arrow) to the right of the address bar, scroll the share sheet, and choose Add to Home Screen. Confirm the name, then tap Add.

  3. Chrome on iOS (optional)

    Tap the ⋯ menu at the bottom right, scroll the list, and select Add to Home Screen. (The menu is long; the option is below items such as Reload and Bookmarks.)

  4. Open afflixo from the new icon on your home screen (not from Safari or Chrome). Sign in and go to Live Chat.

  5. Tap Alerts (top right), check Push notifications for visitor messages, and allow notifications when iOS asks. In-page sounds and toasts still work while the app is open; push alerts work in the background when the home-screen app is installed.

  • If push stays disabled, confirm you opened the site from the home-screen icon, not a browser tab.
  • If you denied notifications earlier, open iOS Settings → Notifications, find afflixo, and allow alerts.
  • Email alerts in Chat settings still work on iOS without adding to the home screen.

Privacidad

La aplicación de Android y la experiencia de pantalla de inicio en iOS utilizan las mismas API de chat en vivo que el panel web. Las sesiones de inicio de sesión y el registro push se almacenan en tu dispositivo. Ninguna reemplaza el panel de administración completo del comerciante en la web.
