أندرويد

قم بتنزيل تطبيق afflixo (APK). غير متوفر على Google Play — قم بالتثبيت مباشرة من هذه الصفحة أو امسح رمز QR.

Opens the APK download in your phone browser

  1. Scan the QR code or tap Download APK.
  2. When the download finishes, open it from the notification or Downloads app.
  3. If prompted, allow installation from this browser (Install unknown apps).
  4. Confirm install. Requires Android 7.0 (API 24) or newer.

بعد التثبيت (أندرويد)

  1. افتح تطبيق afflixo وسجل الدخول باستخدام بريدك الإلكتروني كتاجر أو دعم.
  2. استخدم كلمة المرور أو رمز البريد الإلكتروني لمرة واحدة، كما هو الحال في لوحة التحكم على الويب.
  3. أدخل رابط متجرك إذا طُلب منك (مثل متجرك على afflixo.com).
  4. اسمح بالإشعارات عند الطلب لتلقي تنبيهات الرسائل الجديدة.

آيفون / آيباد

لا يوجد تطبيق في App Store. أضف الموقع إلى شاشتك الرئيسية، ثم افتح الدردشة المباشرة من هذا الأيقونة لتفعيل إشعارات الدفع الخلفية (iOS 16.4+).

لا تقوم Apple بتوزيع إصدار منفصل من App Store للدردشة المباشرة للتجار. على iPhone و iPad، أضف afflixo.com إلى شاشتك الرئيسية، وافتحه من الأيقونة، ثم فعّل الدفع في الدردشة المباشرة. يتطلب Web Push على iOS iOS 16.4 أو أحدث ويعمل فقط عند تشغيله من تطبيق الشاشة الرئيسية (وليس علامة تبويب Safari عادية).

  1. Sign in to your merchant store on afflixo.com (merchant login or your store URL, e.g. /domain/your-store). Open Live Chat after sign-in.

  2. Safari (recommended)

    Tap the Share button (square with an upward arrow) to the right of the address bar, scroll the share sheet, and choose Add to Home Screen. Confirm the name, then tap Add.

  3. Chrome on iOS (optional)

    Tap the ⋯ menu at the bottom right, scroll the list, and select Add to Home Screen. (The menu is long; the option is below items such as Reload and Bookmarks.)

  4. Open afflixo from the new icon on your home screen (not from Safari or Chrome). Sign in and go to Live Chat.

  5. Tap Alerts (top right), check Push notifications for visitor messages, and allow notifications when iOS asks. In-page sounds and toasts still work while the app is open; push alerts work in the background when the home-screen app is installed.

  • If push stays disabled, confirm you opened the site from the home-screen icon, not a browser tab.
  • If you denied notifications earlier, open iOS Settings → Notifications, find afflixo, and allow alerts.
  • Email alerts in Chat settings still work on iOS without adding to the home screen.

الخصوصية

تطبيق Android وتجربة الشاشة الرئيسية على iOS يستخدمان نفس واجهات برمجة تطبيقات الدردشة المباشرة مثل لوحة التحكم على الويب. يتم تخزين جلسات تسجيل الدخول وتسجيل الدفع على جهازك. لا يحل أي منهما محل لوحة إدارة التاجر الكاملة على الويب.
